Letterheads & documents
Create a letterhead, letter and KYC dossier for companies and people.
For every company and person in the directory, Zahlenwerk creates Word documents with the name, logo and the legally required details in the footer.
In the app
- Open the company or person in the Directory.
- Click Download and, under Letterhead, choose:
- German template (.docx): a letter following DIN 5008,
- English template (.docx),
- Empty letterhead (.docx).
For companies, you also get the KYC dossier (.zip) there, with the details and documents on file.
Complete legal details
The footer uses the details from Legal & registration and Address & contact. Fill in the register court, register number and management so the letterhead is complete. You set your team's document style under SettingsDesign.
In the chat or an AI client
"Create a letterhead for Muster Beteiligungs GmbH" works just as well in the AI chat and in connected AI clients. The result is a file to download.
