Signing in
Sign-in methods, passkeys and the daily confirmation.
Zahlenwerk runs in your browser at app.zahlenwerk.studio. There is nothing to install.
Sign-in methods
| Method | How it works |

| Continue with Google: sign in with your Google account. | |
| Microsoft | Continue with Microsoft: sign in with your Microsoft account (Entra ID / Microsoft 365). |
| Magic link | Enter your email address and click Send magic link. The link in the email is valid for about 10 minutes; then click Sign in now. |
| Passkey | Sign in with a passkey: fingerprint, face recognition or device PIN. |
There is deliberately no password sign-in.
Use the same email address
Invitations are tied to one email address. Sign in with exactly that address, or the invitation shows Different account.
Set up a passkey
After you sign in, Zahlenwerk offers to Add a passkey to this device. With Add a passkey, your next sign-in on this device takes one touch. You can see and remove your passkeys under SettingsGeneralSign-in security.
Daily confirmation
For security, you confirm your identity once a day (the day changes at 4:00 Berlin time):
- With a second factor (passkey or authenticator app): you see Confirm it's you and confirm with your passkey or a 6-digit code.
- Without a second factor: you are signed out and sign in again.
Beta access
Zahlenwerk can currently only be used once access is granted. Invited people get access automatically. If you come without an invitation, you see a notice and can join the list at app.zahlenwerk.studio/waitlist.
