Bill AI calls to your own account with Google, Anthropic or OpenAI.
Only once enabled
This option is visible once Zahlenwerk has enabled it for your team. Only the Owner can set it up.
With your own key, your team's AI calls run through your own account with the AI provider.
Set up
- SettingsUsageUse your own API keys
- Choose the Provider: Google Gemini (AI Studio), Anthropic Claude or OpenAI.
- Enter the API key, and optionally a Model.
- Verify and connect: Zahlenwerk checks the key with a test call and stores it encrypted. It is never shown again.
Use Replace key to swap it, and Remove key, back to managed to return to processing by Zahlenwerk.

The monthly flat fee or package price stays the same.
Your responsibility
- Contract and data processing agreement with the AI provider,
- sufficient balance or payment method with the provider,
- rotating and revoking the key when needed.
