See who changed what, in the app, in chat or over MCP.
Team-wide log
Owners and Team Admins open it under SettingsGeneral (team)Open audit log. It records changes to data, members, settings and integrations, with the person and the time.
Each entry shows where the change came from: the app, the AI chat, or a connected AI client (MCP).
History of a position
Every position has its own History panel ("Who changed this record, and what they changed"). With the Revert arrow you undo a change, even one made by an AI assistant. Every member with write access can revert.
