Notifications
Alerts by email, in the Inbox and in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
Zahlenwerk reports capital calls coming due, expired connections and other events in three places:
- in the app's Inbox (always everything),
- by email (set per person),
- in the team chat in Slack or Microsoft Teams (for the whole team).
Email: personal settings
Under SettingsNotifications, you choose Instant, Daily digest or Off for each type.

Connect Slack or Microsoft Teams
Owners and Team Admins, under SettingsIntegrationsChat notifications:
- For Slack or Microsoft Teams, click Connect and approve with the provider.
- Choose a channel and Save channel.
- Send test message checks the connection.
You can use one channel per provider. Messages go to the whole team, regardless of personal settings.

If the tile shows Needs attention or Reconnect, the connection has expired or was removed at the provider. Connect again.
