Connect AI clients
Use Zahlenwerk with Claude and other AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
With the MCP endpoint, you work with your Zahlenwerk data right inside the AI assistant you already use: ask questions about the portfolio, upload reports, create positions, generate letterheads.

Two ways to sign in

Permissions
An AI client always acts as you and can never do more than you can in the app. Owners and Team Admins can restrict this further for individual members (Read-only or No AI access). → Roles & permissions
Changes made through MCP show up in the history marked "via MCP" and can be undone.
Several teams
The connection belongs to you, not to a team. If you are a member of several teams, the assistant asks which team to work with the first time it accesses data in a chat, and sticks with it for that chat. In a new chat it asks again. With only one team, it doesn't ask.
Limits
- 240 requests per minute per connection, at most 40 of them writes.
- Uploads and analyses use credits just as in the app. The assistant can check your balance with
get_usage.
