Agreements
Accept the terms of service, the data processing agreement and the privacy policy for your team.
Before a team uses Zahlenwerk, the owner confirms on the team's behalf:
- the terms of service,
- the data processing agreement (AVV) under Art. 28 GDPR,
- that they have read the privacy policy.
How it works
- When the owner signs in, they are taken to the Terms and privacy page.
- They tick the checkbox and click Accept and continue.
All other members keep working as normal in the meantime. They only see a notice that the owner still needs to confirm. Nothing is needed from them.
If one of the documents changes, Zahlenwerk asks again. The confirmation is stored with the version and the time.
If you create a new team, you accept the agreements right when you create it.
Individual contracts
For customers with a master services agreement (MSA) and a statement of work, those contracts apply as well. You find them under SettingsBilling.
