Inviting members
Send, accept, resend and revoke invitations.
Owners and Team Admins can invite.
Send an invitation
Open SettingsMembers (or Create › Invite people). Enter the Email, choose the Role (default: Editor) and click Send invite.
Accept the invitation
The invited person gets an email with a link. They sign in with exactly that email address and click Accept invitation.
Open invitations
- Invitations are valid for 7 days.
- Resend sends the email again, Revoke withdraws the invitation.
- If the team is full, you see This team is full. Invite the person as a Viewer instead, or free up a seat.
Removing members or leaving a team
- Owners and Team Admins remove members on the members page.
- To leave yourself, click Leave team… and confirm with Confirm leave. The owner must transfer ownership first.
Data a member created stays in the team.
