Add and maintain a company
CreateCompany. A record has the sections Legal & registration, Address & contact, People, Holdings, Bank accounts and KYC & compliance.
- Check register compares the details with public registers, free of charge.
- Suggest from the web adds details from the web (2 credits). You have to confirm every suggestion.
- Upload logo: PNG, JPEG, WEBP or SVG, about 2 MB. Save the record first.
People and roles
On a company, you add managing directors, shareholders or board members, and on foundations beneficiaries. Between people, you record family relations.
Beneficial owners
Zahlenwerk determines beneficial owners along the ownership chain under § 3 GwG (more than 25%):

If no natural person can be determined, a notional beneficial owner under § 3(2) sentence 5 GwG is used. The calculation doesn't replace a legal review.
Duplicates
Merge duplicate combines two records. This can't be undone.
