Reviewing uncertain results
When a report is sent for review and what you do there.
Not every document can be read unambiguously. If Zahlenwerk isn't sure about a result, the numbers are not added to your portfolio automatically. Instead, the report goes to the Needs review list.
Where to find the list
- In Tasks under "Needs review", if you have access to Agents & tools,
- otherwise through the Needs review entry with a counter in the sidebar.
A banner on the affected position points it out: "This report is in review".
Typical reasons
- The fund name or reporting period is missing.
- No portfolio companies were recognized.
- Amounts might be cumulative rather than periodic.
- Another report already covers the fund and period.
