Troubleshooting
Common problems when connecting AI clients and how to fix them.
- Check the URL:
https://app.zahlenwerk.studio/api/mcp, with no trailing slash. - Sign in to Zahlenwerk in the same browser first, using the account that has access to the team.
- If a company policy blocks custom connectors, your IT needs to allow the connector.
- Are you in several teams? The assistant asks which team you mean. Name it explicitly.
- Has your Owner set your AI access to No AI access? You can see this on the members page.
- Do you have access to the area in the app (e.g. Assets)?
The record belongs to another one of your teams. Nothing was changed. Confirm to the assistant that it should switch to that team.
Your AI access is set to Read-only, your role is Viewer, or the chat runs in a read-only mode. Owners and Team Admins can change this under Members.
In Claude, under SettingsCapabilitiesNetwork access, allow the domain *.supabase.co. Or upload in the app instead. Never paste large files into the chat as Base64.
The limit of 240 requests (40 writes) per minute has been reached. Good clients wait automatically; otherwise, wait a minute.
