Navigation, switching teams, language and appearance.
Navigation
The sidebar on the left is the same everywhere:

| Team picker (at the very top) | Shows the active team and lets you change it (Switch team). |
| Create | Shortcuts: new chat, asset, loan, company, person, Invite people. |
| Search | Search across your data. |
| Directory | Companies and people. → Directory |
| Assets | Portfolio, positions, capital calls and uploads. → Portfolio & positions |
| News | News about the companies and funds you watch. |
| Bookkeeping | Books per company, if your package includes them. |
| Banking | External and internal loans, time deposits. |
| Chats | Your AI chats, including Pinned and Archived. → AI chat |
Which items you see depends on your package and your permissions. Tools you have no access to are hidden.
The account menu at the bottom of the sidebar takes you to Settings, language, theme, Legal and Sign out.
Language
Zahlenwerk is fully available in German and English. Choose the language under SettingsGeneralDisplay language or under Language in the account menu. If you don't choose one, the language follows your browser.
Settings at a glance
Settings are split into two groups: Account (applies to you personally) and a group named after your active team.
