Five steps from your first sign-in to a team that is ready to work.

Sign in
Open app.zahlenwerk.studio and sign in with Google, Microsoft, a magic link or a passkey. There is no password. → Signing in
Create a team or accept an invitation
If you were invited, open the link in the invitation email and click Accept invitation. Otherwise, create a team under Create a team when you first sign in. Zahlenwerk approves new teams. → Managing teams
Accept the agreements
The team's owner accepts the terms of service and the data processing agreement (AVV) once. All other members can start working right away. → Agreements
Turn on two-factor login
Under SettingsGeneral (team)Require MFA you require a second factor for all members. We recommend this for every team. → Two-factor login
Invite members and get started
Under SettingsMembers you invite colleagues with a role. Then upload your first documents or connect your AI client. → Roles & permissions · Connect AI clients
