AI chat
Work with your portfolio and directory data in the chat.
The AI chat answers questions about your data and gets tasks done right in your team, such as adding positions, recording cashflows or creating letterheads.
Start a chat
- CreateChat for a new chat,
- Ask AI as a side panel next to the current page.
Type / to run a skill (workflows Zahlenwerk has set up for your team), and @ to refer to a record.

Under Sources, you can switch off Directory, Portfolio or Bookkeeping for the chat.
What the chat can do
- Analyze reports, positions, metrics and the directory,
- Add or change positions, cashflows, valuations and vesting,
- Add companies and people, maintain bank accounts,
- Create letterheads, letters and KYC dossiers,
- Read bookkeeping reports and code transactions (if bookkeeping is active).
Attachments: PDF, Word, Excel, CSV, text and images. Large reports are better uploaded through Upload documents.
You are talking to an AI assistant. It can make mistakes. Changes made from the chat appear in the history tagged "Chat" and can be reverted.
Organize chats
In the sidebar, each chat has the actions Pin, Rename, Archive and Delete. You find archived chats under Archived. Long chats are summarized automatically.
Data protection
Without your own AI key, processing takes place in the EU only. With your own key, your provider's terms apply. → Architecture & data storage
