How to reach us and how you hear about changes.
Contact
Write to hello@zahlenwerk.studio. It helps to include:
- your team and the page concerned (the link from the address bar),
- what you expected and what happened,
- for documents: the file name and the time of the upload,
- for AI clients: which client, and the error message.
Don't send us passwords, tokens or API keys.
Updates
Zahlenwerk is developed continuously. New versions go live without maintenance windows; you don't need to do anything.
We announce changes that affect your rights or obligations, such as changes to the terms of service, the data processing agreement (AVV) or subprocessors, to your team's owner by email in advance.
This documentation
Every page has Copy Markdown and Open (in Claude or ChatGPT) at the top, so you can ask your assistant questions about the page directly. For AI tools, the whole documentation is available as text at /en/llms-full.txt.
